# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It feels like restaurant food but takes less than half an hour from start to finish.
  • You get that perfect combo of warm, crispy base and cool, crunchy toppings in every bite.
  • It works as a quick dinner, a party appetizer, or even lunch the next day if you keep the lettuce separate.
  • You can swap in whatever you have on hand and it still turns out delicious.
02 -
  • Let the flatbreads cool for a minute or two before adding the lettuce, or the heat will wilt it too much.
  • Tossing the lettuce with dressing separately before topping keeps everything from sliding off when you slice.
  • If you skip the resting step after grilling the chicken, it will lose all its juices when you cut into it.
03 -
  • Use freshly grated parmesan instead of the pre-shredded kind for better flavor and melt.
  • If your flatbreads are thin, check them early in the oven so they don't burn.
  • Warm the Caesar dressing slightly before drizzling if you want it to soak into the chicken a bit more.
